In addition to the classic cast part design, I also offer my customers the development of machine frames and slides in welded truss construction, machine beds in mineral concrete (polymer casting) and sandwich material. With this I show solutions, among other things, how manufacturers of small quantities of machines can reconcile the comparatively high production costs with the widely varying customer slogan.
Furthermore, I rely on the optimization of highly dynamic feed drives based on the ball screw or roller screw drive, developed solutions for main and motor spindles, milling heads with gear or by direct drive and "tüfftle" on kit solutions.
